Atlantic Transportation Group provides service with the highest standards in the limousine industry and does not affiliate with other Transportation companies or similar name companies, so BEWARE

At Atlantic Transportation Group, WE WILL NEVER CANCEL ON YOU, our services are 100% guaranteed.

 

If a vehicle (sedan, van, SUV or stretch limousine) is booked, confirmed and then cancelled, our cancellation policy is as follows:

 

 

If for any reason, CANCELLATION occurs from customer’s side,  ANY DEPOSITS or PREPAYMENTS (cash, checks, PayPal transactions or credit card authorizations) will be NON-refundable

 

Deposits for WEDDINGS and PROMS are not refundable!

 

CANCELLATION of a reservation within 48 hours prior to the 1st day of service or the same day of service will result in charging the FULL price contracted.

 

CANCELLATION of any 6, 8, 10 pass STRETCH LIMOUSINE TOUR OF ORLANDO FL SERVICE RESERVATION will result in charging the FULL price contracted.

 

CANCELLATION of any 14 pass SUV STRETCH LIMOUSINE SERVICE reservation will result in charging the FULL price contracted.

 

If you MISS your flight or your flight is DELAYED or CANCELLED or ARRIVED EARLY, Atlantic Transportation Group must be notified immediately! Call 1-407-360-9999 to avoid being charged in FULL for “NO SHOW”.

 

Transfers:

 

A transfer is deemed complete, when passengers have been transported from the pick up point to the drop off point!   ATG LLC does not offer any refunds (partial or full) ! In case of emergency or if for any reason passengers refuse to use the service, ATG LLC reserves the right to deem the  transfer complete! All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE!

 

Collection Fees:

 

When you make reservation with Atlantic Transportation Group LLC you agree to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and distributions for all actions taken prior to, during and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments DUE, in case of non-payment!

 

IMPORTANT:

 

When you cancel a reservation please make sure that you receive an email cancellation notice which will show your cancellation number, time you cancelled and date. This will assure, that your cancellation was accepted as per our cancellation policy and you will not be charged AS CONTRACTED.

 

 

NO SHOW POLICY:

Please read carefully :

“NO SHOW” (airport, hotel, parking lot etc.):

 

If you do not see your driver at the pick-up point established on your reservation DO NOT LEAVE the spot before calling our office (IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL the office at (407) 360-9999 provided on your confirmation).

If you LEAVE THE PICK-UP LOCATION without calling the office you will be CHARGED with the FULL price contracted!

Any double booking with any other company will result with us charging the FULL price contracted.

All efforts to contact a customer via cell numbers and all other contact information means will be made before our driver is released and a trip is deemed “NO SHOW” reservation.

 

Credit Card information storage:

We require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. We will protect your information once your booking is made and we may verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card if you meet the conditions listed for the option you selected under “Billing Information” on the reservation form. We do not store customer’s financial information!! After Service is rendered all the financial information is destroyed! By submitting the booking information formyou are authorizing us to charge the full reservation amount to your credit card in your absenceYou are signing a digital contract to pay for services we will render to you. The exact time of processing your authorized payment is determined by your specific selection of the available payment options.

By selecting any one of the 2 options under “Billing information”, you are agreeing that you fully understand it is your obligation to email the office and cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the first date of service if you select either option PayPal, or a credit card to avoid charges.

 

Method of payments explanation:

  • PayPal: Use your credit card to create the reservation, the payment will go through PayPal at the time of booking. If you reserve a vehicle and you fail to email the office to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the 1st day of service or you are unavailable for pickup on your 1st scheduled pickup date, your PayPal Payment will be NON-REFUNDABLE!  No exceptions!

 

  • Credit Card on day before Service: We will charge your credit card on the 1st date before service. If you fail to email the office, to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the 1st day of service and are unavailable for pickup on your 1st scheduled pickup date, your card will be charged the full reservation amount that same day and the charges are non-refundable. No exceptions!  In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us, we use the “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” technology for our internet reservation services.

 

Rules of Conduct:

 

  1. No smoking is allowed in the vehicle. 2. Any unusual spills, soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passengers, will result in a $250-500 clean up fee or damage repair fee being charged directly to the credit card on file for the trip. 3. No open alcohol containers permitted on any trips. 4. No alcohol permitted in the vehicle if any minor (under 21 years of age) is present. 5. Atlantic Transportation Group reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct or transgression.
